■Establishing safety and environmental friendliness with CO2 refrigerant

CO2 refrigerant is the safest next-generation natural refrigerant. It is tasteless, odorless, and nonflammable, making it easy and safe to handle. In addition, current CFC substitutes (R410A and R404A) still have an impact on global warming, but CO2 refrigerant, which is a natural refrigerant, is an extremely environmentally friendly refrigerant that has almost no impact on global warming.

■Energy saving when combined with Tunnel Freezer®

The CO2 refrigerant transcritical booster unit is highly effective when combined with the Tunnel Freezer®. On the chiller side, operational control can be optimized in real time in response to severe load fluctuations in the Tunnel Freezer®, achieving stable energy-saving operation. Therefore, stable operation can be achieved and the risk of failure can be expected to be reduced. The Tunnel Freezer® also works in conjunction with NOBRAC and operating conditions to maintain optimal operating conditions, which can result in energy savings of up to 20%.
