About This Product

Features

■Batch type

This is a type where the product is loaded onto a trolley and transported to the freezer for cooling and freezing. Depending on the pre- and post-processing of the freezer, special carts may be created or weights may be used. Ideal for high-mix, small-lot production. CIP automatic cleaning + steam sterilization

■CIP

Clean the inside of the refrigerator with CIP FOAM, a special detergent for Tunnel Freezer®, to maintain a clean environment inside the refrigerator. Automating the cleaning process saves labor and improves hygiene, and cleaning times can be set arbitrarily for each process and area.

■Steam sterilization

In addition to automatic CIP cleaning, tank-type freezers can also perform steam sterilization by introducing live steam into the chamber after cleaning. A highly hygienic model

■Installation specifications

■CIP cleaning/steam sterilization

Automate the cleaning process with a special detergent, saving labor and improving hygiene. The cleaning time can be set arbitrarily for each process and area. Tank freezers also allow steam sterilization after cleaning, further improving hygiene.

■ADF (air defrost) device

ADF equipment is a device that maintains and extends the heat exchange capacity of the cooler by blowing away frost that has adhered to the cooler using compressed air. Air injection time and interval can be set arbitrarily.
