About This Product

Features

■Multi-flow freeze system

Unlike the normal freezing method, this (IQF) system blows cold air from below the conveyor to freeze the products in pieces while floating them. The conveyor is a two-stage type, with the first stage freezing the surface and the second stage freezing completely to the core.

■Belt conveyor system

There are two types of belts to choose from. ・Plastic belt Suitable for frozen vegetables such as spinach and corn. A perforated belt blows cold air up from below the holes. ・Mesh belt This belt is often used for rice, seafood, and meat, and uses a fine mesh belt that does not allow even a single grain of rice to get into it.

■Panel type exterior wall structure

This structure is made up of insulation panels made of urethane foam sandwiched between steel sheets. This insulation panel has a high precision design required for Tunnel Freezer®, and is manufactured by Galilei Panel Create, a group company.

■CIP automatic cleaning

The inside of the refrigerator is completely washed with the Tunnel Freezer® exclusive detergent "CIP FOAM-01" to maintain a clean environment inside the refrigerator. Automating the cleaning process saves labor and improves hygiene. The cleaning time can be set arbitrarily for each process and area.

■Floor tank

For panel freezers, you can choose a floor tank specification with a stainless steel welded floor. The cleaning and drainage of the floor area is improved, resulting in a centralized drainage structure. It also improves the strength and durability of the floor.

■Plastic belt/mesh belt

You can choose between plastic belts and mesh belts depending on the characteristics of your product.

■ADF (air defrost) device

ADF equipment is a device that maintains and extends the heat exchange capacity of the cooler by blowing away frost that has adhered to the cooler using compressed air. Air injection time and interval can be set arbitrarily.

■Dry component

By supplying dry air that has been dehumidified by a desiccant device, positive pressure is created inside the refrigerator and outside air is allowed to enter, preventing frost formation inside the refrigerator. This reduces frost formation, which causes poor cooling, and allows the freezer to operate stably for a long time.
