About This Product

■Panel type

This structure is made up of insulation panels made of urethane foam sandwiched between steel sheets. As an option, only the floor can be made into a tank type (floor tank), which improves the durability, cleanability, and drainage of the floor. Features

■Air balance method

This is the basis of the Tunnel Freezer® and is a highly versatile method. This is a system in which the cooler and fan are arranged symmetrically, creating a pressure balance that prevents cold air from flowing out of the refrigerator. While passing through the warehouse, cold air is blown onto the product from all directions, top, bottom, front and back, removing heat.

■Simple structure

The interior of the refrigerator has a simple structure and has a good view, making it easy to clean. It has a panel-type exterior wall structure, with insulation panels made of urethane foam sandwiched between steel sheets. This is a heat insulation panel with a high precision design required for Tunnel Freezer®.

■CIP automatic cleaning

The inside of the refrigerator is completely washed with the Tunnel Freezer® exclusive detergent "CIP FOAM-01" to maintain a clean environment inside the refrigerator. Automating the cleaning process saves labor and improves hygiene. The cleaning time can be set arbitrarily for each process and area.

■Floor tank

For panel freezers, you can choose a floor tank specification with a stainless steel welded floor. The cleaning and drainage of the floor area is improved, resulting in a centralized drainage structure. It also improves the strength and durability of the floor.

■Mesh belt

A balance net type that does not use a chain. Adopts a direct drive system that drives the net with resin gears. It saves power and can be conveyed smoothly without meandering.

■Plastic belt

Plastic belts are characterized by good peelability and do not have mesh like mesh belts. There are also some with holes, so you can choose from a wide range of options.

■ADF (air defrost) device

ADF equipment is a device that maintains and extends the heat exchange capacity of the cooler by blowing away frost that has adhered to the cooler using compressed air. Air injection time and interval can be set arbitrarily.

■Dry component

By supplying dry air that has been dehumidified by a desiccant device, positive pressure is created inside the refrigerator and outside air is allowed to enter, preventing frost formation inside the refrigerator. This reduces frost formation, which causes poor cooling, and allows the freezer to operate stably for a long time.
