■Summary
RayTolRB-1 is a cost-effective compact integrated computing platform with high AI computing power. It is a platform designed for the operation and testing of autonomous driving for multiple vehicle types such as passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and special vehicles. It can also be used in situations such as drones, orbital transportation, robots that require high safety, scientific research, and education.
This product is equipped with one each of the industry-leading NvidiaJetsonAGXOrin (up to 275TOPS calculation) and the automotive-grade Infineon TC397 safety MCU. Multiple modules can be selected and preinstalled. By pre-installing one high-precision dual-antenna GNSS module and one high-precision IMU module and combining them with the fusion positioning algorithm, there is no need to purchase a separate combined navigation device.
The installed automotive TSN Ethernet switch chip can connect 8-channel Ethernet equipment such as LIDAR and 4D millimeter wave radar, while maintaining high stability and low latency. Two automotive GMSL deserializer (DES) driver chips allow it to connect to 8-channel GMSL cameras while maintaining high stability. Also, by using a time synchronization management chip, the camera can be triggered synchronously and asynchronously.
Anti-interference design of time synchronization signals and software optimization ensure sub-microsecond time synchronization between each computing unit and sensor in the system. The camera's high-speed signal ensures full-speed and stable data signal transmission through hardware and kernel driver optimization, which can reduce data delay to the maximum.
The product's built-in power supply and power management features facilitate peripheral management and status monitoring, reduce the number of external harnesses, and improve the stability and reliability of the entire hardware system. It also has remote alerting and management functions. The dustproof and waterproof IP67 protection design and wide operating temperature range of -25 to 70℃ make it suitable for use in various complex work environments.
