■Summary RayTolRB-2DUALORIN is an integrated computing platform with ultra-high AI calculation power and high cost effectiveness that is suitable for vehicle types such as passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and special vehicles, and has been developed for high-level autonomous driving. Features include flexible architecture, link redundancy, rich port selection, and remote management. One RB-2 can meet the operation and testing needs of multiple types of autonomous driving. It can also be used in situations where high safety is required, such as drones, orbital transportation, robots, scientific research, and education. This product is equipped with two industry-leading NvidiaJetsonAGXOrin (up to 550 TOPS operation) and one automotive-grade Infineon TC397 safety MCU. Multiple modules can be selected and preinstalled. The integrated design meets multiple wireless communication needs. Pre-installed with one or two high-precision dual-antenna GNSS modules and high-precision IMU modules, combined with fusion positioning algorithms, eliminates the need to purchase a separate combined navigation device. The installed automotive TSN Ethernet switch chip can connect 8-channel Ethernet equipment such as LIDAR and 4D millimeter wave radar, while maintaining high stability and low latency. Two automotive GMSL deserializer (DES) driver chips allow it to connect to a 16-channel GMSL camera while maintaining high stability. Also, by using the built-in time synchronization management chip, the camera can be triggered synchronously and asynchronously. Anti-interference design of time synchronization signals and software optimization ensure sub-microsecond time synchronization between each computing unit and sensor in the system. The camera's high-speed signal ensures full-speed and stable data signal transmission through hardware and kernel driver optimization, which can reduce data delay to the maximum. RB-2 designed multiple paths for all sensor data links, so the data can directly reach multiple compute units and be flexibly deployed and recorded by nodes in each unit. Because the data arrived at the primary and secondary Orins at the same time, CPU consumption, transmission delays, and instability due to transparent data transmission are avoided.
