About This Product
This is a unit-type anechoic chamber made possible by our unique sound insulation and sound absorption technology, with sound-absorbing wedges installed on six sides of the floor, walls, and ceiling. Solve the problem of measuring the acoustics and sound power level of automobiles, power trains, home appliances, and various drive parts. Compatible with the latest ISO standards related to anechoic chambers. We can also propose acoustic measurement and analysis systems.
It is mainly composed of a sound insulation layer ZERO Panel and a sound absorption layer ZERO Wedge. These factory-produced parts are simply assembled on-site, ensuring airtightness with high dimensional accuracy. Furthermore, it can be dismantled and relocated, reducing costs when changing the layout.
■ZERO Panel
ZERO Panel incorporates a mechanism that adjusts plate impedance using a unique geometry consisting of steel material, filled sound absorbing layer + support material. This allows for a thin design and high transmission loss. The panel has a monocoque structure that is connected to the frame with bolts, and by controlling the total rigidity of the anechoic chamber, it insulates the room/casing, not just the panel itself.
■ZERO Wedge
ZERO Wedge is a sound absorption wedge used in anechoic chambers. Uses higher density non-combustible sound absorbing material compared to general sound absorbing wedges. Although it is non-frame, a thin ultra-high-density sound absorbing layer PB is provided at the tip of the wedge as a base reinforcing material to ensure the rigidity of the wedge itself. There is no way down due to its own weight, and it has excellent impact resistance.
