Automatic cutting grinding machine controlled by servo motor. In addition to outstanding grinding accuracy, it is possible to reduce running costs by reducing the amount of grindstone used.
・High precision in perpendicularity and parallelism...Do not force the workpiece between the grinding wheels.
・Less wear on the grinding wheel...Reducing the number of dressings (improved productivity), improved grinding wheel life (economical).
・Processing in one process: Rough machining ⇒ No need to repeat the finishing process (prevents defects from being mixed in).
・Prevents "burn" defects on the ground surface...No sorting required.
- Free length accuracy is high and stable due to grinding height measurement management using a length examiner.
・The supply plate can be automated by servo motor control.
・One-pass grinding is also available by switching the mode.
