■Product overview
Standard model of coiling machine. Core metal and cut are placed on the same base to shorten adjustment time. Ensuring sufficient rigidity for machining medium-thick materials.
■Automatic programming system
- A basic program will be automatically created just by entering the spring data. (The shape of the spring will be displayed in 3D on the “Shape Display” screen according to the input data.)
・The program is completed by making fine adjustments to the created program data. By recording various data in the tool memo function, setup change (reproducibility) time can be shortened.
■Production management system
-Displays statistical values of free length variation, average value, standard deviation, and process capability coefficient during spring production in real time.
・These data can be saved on USB and viewed on a regular PC.
