■Product overview
Standard model of coiling machine. Core metal and cut are placed on the same base to shorten adjustment time. Also available as an option for high-speed production specification (CFX-5Es).
■Automatic programming system
- A basic program will be automatically created just by entering the spring data. The coil diagram and pitch diagram will be displayed according to the input data. You can also view the shape of the spring in 3-D on the "Shape Display" screen.
・The program is completed by making fine adjustments to the created program data. By recording various data in the tool memo function, setup change (reproducibility) time can be shortened.
■Production management system
-Displays statistical values of free length variation, average value, standard deviation, and process capability coefficient during spring production in real time.
・These data can be saved on a USB memory and viewed on a regular PC.
・Ultra high-speed production (more than 150 pieces/minute production for typical valve springs) is available as an option. CFX-5Es: Compatible wire diameter Φ2.3 to Φ3.5
