■Product overview
A coiling machine with excellent cost performance. Achieved an improvement in the quality product rate by adopting a new production management system.
■Automatic programming system
- A basic program will be automatically created just by entering the spring data. (The shape of the spring will be displayed in 3D on the “Shape Display” screen according to the input data.)
・The program is completed by making fine adjustments to the created program data. By recording various data in the tool memo function, setup change (reproducibility) time can be shortened.
■Production management system
・By changing the measurement data (free length) that is the source of correction from the "most recent one" to the "(optimal) average value of N measured pieces," the rate of non-defective products has been improved. The machine automatically sets the optimal N number and also sets the "coefficient" that determines "how much correction to make."
・"Provide only the necessary data when necessary." Necessary measurement data (selected by the user) can be displayed on one screen, and can be printed out immediately when needed. (Printer sold separately)
