NC multi-forming machine that achieves camless operation
■ Completely camless
No timing adjustment or slide stroke adjustment required, greatly reducing adjustment time and setup changeover time. Reduces cam design and manufacturing costs. Noise is reduced because there is no cam drive sound.
■All axes are servo controlled by CNC control
Break away from work based on experience and intuition. Skills are not required for adjustment, making it easy to pass on technology.
■A wide variety of options available
A wide variety of options are available, including NC roll feed units, servo tapping units, and welding units. Flexible support for feeding direction of materials and workpieces.
