About This Product

■Product overview

Standard model of transfer press with a rich track record

■Punch stripper & stop relief device

Used to remove the product from the punch.

■Cross motion device

Used for piercing, slotting, and forming from the side of the product (front, back, left, right).

■Oscillating feed device

It is used to feed materials in a zigzag pattern, and there are two-row and three-row pickers.

■NC oscillating feeder

Used for zigzag feed of material using 2-axis NC control. When you enter the blank diameter and material width using the keys, the roll feed amount and swing amount will be automatically calculated.

■Blank holder device

From the second process onwards, it is used as a wrinkle suppressor to reliably control the drawing process of the blank.

■Upper knockout device

It is used for tooling where the product is formed on the inside diameter side of the punch, and the product is knocked out from the inside of the punch.

■Thread rolling device

It is installed on the right side or in the middle of the transfer press and is used for thread forming, rolling cuts, and beading.

■Oil lubrication device

Used to supply processing oil to the die and material.

■Workpiece detection device

Reliably detects workpiece transfer to prevent tool damage.
