About This Product

■Product overview

A transfer press that uses a straight side frame and cast iron six-sided guide to improve bottom dead center accuracy. Adopts modified sine cam motion that stops at 60 degrees at bottom dead center.

■Transfer mechanism

The transfer slide is operated reliably by a cam mounted on the shaft on the left side of the press.

■Uses a bare trade side frame that achieves high rigidity

STP-45 is a straight-sided transfer press that pursues high rigidity and improved dynamic accuracy at the bottom dead center during high-load press processing.

■Adopts 6-sided slide guide for high precision

By adopting a highly rigid 6-sided guide in the sliding part, changes in accuracy are extremely small, further improving work accuracy during machining.
