A transfer press that achieves high-speed production of lithium-ion battery cases (18,650 cans) by adopting a linear guide.

■High speed production

・Zero clearance due to linear guide adoption ・Lightweight ram ・Stable high-speed operation is possible due to improved machine precision ・High-speed operation is achieved by reducing the weight of the ram.

■Cost performance

・Significantly redesigned side mechanism ・Reduced the number of grease lubrication points and the amount of grease used ・A servo monitor is used in the transfer mechanism to reduce the amount of lubricant used.
