About This Product

Kuken's pneumatic controller (KAC-2000) is a controller that can be used with the general impact wrenches and oil pulse wrenches you are currently using. Its operating principle is that a pressure sensor detects the pressure pulsations in the air piping caused by the repeated normal and reverse rotation (rebound) of the hammer during continuous strikes, and the controller instantly measures the magnitude, time interval, number of times, etc. Based on comprehensive judgment, the impact wrench is stopped by controlling a separate solenoid valve inside the piping. This principle ensures stable screw tightening. It also simultaneously detects the number of screws to be tightened and the working time to control the tightening work.

The definitive version for easy tightening of impact wrenches and oil pulse wrenches. The wrench you are currently using has an automatic stop function, and the learning function allows anyone to reproduce the same tightening, making it easy to adjust the tightening.

■Features・The air impact wrench or oil pulse wrench currently in use will be equipped with an automatic stop function.
- Equipped with a learning function so you can always do the same tightening work if you set it to auto mode.
・Thin model of only 65mm with built-in pressure sensor and solenoid valve, can also be wall mounted.
・Uses an LCD screen with good visibility
・A buzzer and high-intensity lamp will notify you when tightening is complete.
・Monitors the drop in air pressure that causes a lack of torque, and notifies you with a buzzer and lamp when an abnormality occurs.
