About This Product
Kuken's power torque setter is a portable (hand-held) nut runner that uses a planetary gear reducer to convert the torque generated by an air motor into high torque to tighten bolts. (This is not an impact wrench.) The automatic two-speed transmission mechanism for high-speed and low-speed rotation speeds up your work. Torque can be easily set on the control panel, and is controlled by a microcomputer using signals from the torque sensor, allowing highly accurate tightening within ±5% without being affected by air pressure fluctuations. - Cordless torque setter that is easy to handle.
・You can switch between 3 types of torque settings with one touch.
-Large and bright display panel. (Tightening torque is displayed on the LED display, setting torque is displayed on the LCD screen)
- Approximately 200 bolts can be tightened with one battery. (Depends on company conditions)
・Loosening work of up to 800N･m is possible with one touch.
- Equipped with an automatic transmission mechanism. For work starting from "temporary tightening". (Long type)
- Setting torque range is 350 to 800Nm.
