About This Product

Kuken's power torque setter is a portable (hand-held) nut runner that uses a planetary gear reducer to convert the torque generated by an air motor into high torque to tighten bolts. (This is not an impact wrench.) The automatic two-speed transmission mechanism for high-speed and low-speed rotation speeds up your work. Torque can be easily set on the control panel, and is controlled by a microcomputer using signals from the torque sensor, allowing highly accurate tightening within ±5% without being affected by air pressure fluctuations. (Power Torque Setter is a registered trademark of Kuken Co., Ltd.) A new era has arrived for wheel nut installation and removal work.

■Features

・Recording: Tightening data is wirelessly transmitted from the PTS every time one bolt is tightened, and customer/vehicle information and data are recorded in an Excel file (CSV) on a PC. ・Confirmation: Check the tightening status in real time on the K-TMS screen. Past vehicle data can also be recalled. ・Printing: Print a “tightening torque check sheet” ・Wireless: Realizes long-distance communication without interfering with WiFi or Bluetooth ・Memory: Memory function that allows temporary recording of tightening data even in situations where wireless communication is not available.

Centralized management of tightening data for medium and large vehicle tires
