About This Product

Kuken's air impact wrench is a main product designed and developed through research into impact force engineering. There are six types of impact clutch structures, each with its own characteristics. The types of clutches are as follows. 1.N-type clutch (Patented, Kuken's unique clutch that is ultra-lightweight, low-vibration, and highly durable) 2.D-type clutch (a clutch derived from the one-dog type that is lightweight and highly durable) 3.Twin hammer type clutch (lightweight, high output, clutch with the least number of parts) 4.Pin hammer type clutch (Light weight, high output clutch used in super large wrenches) 5.One-dog type clutch (orthodox clutch with well-balanced features) 6. Two-dog clutch (clutch used in small and medium-sized wrenches and ideal for tightening soft bodies) Kuken's unique vibration-proof impact wrench. High durability with oil bath clutch mechanism

■Features

- Vibration level has been reduced by approximately 40% compared to previous models using a unique anti-vibration structure. - High work efficiency due to the adoption of a two-hammer clutch that makes two strokes per rotation. ・High durability due to the adoption of an oil bath type clutch. ・Front diagonal 45 degree exhaust.

■Main uses

・Attachment and detachment of forming frames for concrete piles, hume pipes, poles, etc. - Demonstrates even greater ability in long-term assembly work such as bridges, shipbuilding, valves, construction machinery, etc.
