Not only is it effective in collecting fine oil mist by collision, but it also has a particle increasing collection function.

■What is the grain increase collection function?

The faster the gas flow, the higher the efficiency of inertial collision, but when the speed exceeds a certain level, the oil mist collected during collision becomes particles larger than the particle size at the time of collision and scatters. As the particles become larger, the collision collection efficiency in the next stage improves. This is called the grain increasing collection function, and Demistor is equipped with this grain increasing collection function.

・Less ventilation pressure loss (approximately 0.2 to 0.5 kPa), leading to cost reduction - Unit elements are removable, making maintenance and inspection easy. ・The frame of the separation element is made of stainless steel, so it has a long life. ・Maintenance free for over 1 year due to self-cleaning effect - Elements can be cleaned and reused

■Structure of "Demistr"

It consists of a mat-like collection element made of 0.25mm thin stainless steel wire. The element space ratio is high density at 94-98%. It has an excellent surface area of ​​400 to 535 m2/m3, and exhibits high performance in colliding and collecting fine mist. Furthermore, it has a particle increasing collection function, which increases the dust collection efficiency in the subsequent stage. There are two types of unitized separation elements (stainless steel wire mesh and glass fiber combined), and even in the case of large capacity, the weight is reduced because elements of the same dimensions are used. The separation elements arranged in a V-shape in the horizontal casing can be removed and removed, making maintenance and inspection easy. Demonstrates sufficient capacity in both positive and negative pressure situations.
