About This Product

■Product overview of “WP Separator”

"WP separator" is a low pressure loss separator with a structure in which wave plates with unique curves are arranged at regular intervals. When gas containing coarse oil mist of 23 μm or more passes between these curved plates, the oil mist collides and adheres, allowing for separation and collection.

■Features of “WP Separator”

・Compact and low pressure loss ・No clogging due to unique curved plate structure ・With spray nozzle for cleaning curved plates ・Can be installed anywhere on the duct line

■Structure of “WP separator”

The reducer before and after the casing has flanges for connecting to the duct. In addition, a curved plate unit is set in the center, and a hopper is placed in the repaired mist discharge area. The dimensions of each part change depending on the volume of exhaust air processed.
