About This Product

In general, wet dust collectors have excellent features such as high performance, low price, high heat resistance, and easy maintenance, but they are often avoided because they have drawbacks in dust collection power and wastewater treatment. However, we believe that there is no substitute for wet dust collection if applied correctly, so we have developed a dust collection system that is more functional and easier to use. That is the "RSE dust collector".

■Product overview of “RSE dust collector”

"RSE Dust Collector" is a high-performance wet dust collector whose main feature is complete circulation of collected dust water. 15 models have been standardized with processing air volumes ranging from 50 to 1,000 m3/min. Depending on the combination, it can handle up to 1,0000m3/min. It is effective in collecting most dust particles of 0.5μm or larger, and it is possible to suppress the exhaust concentration to 0.1g/m3 or less for dust with a dust concentration of 10g/m3. The water used is automatically supplied by a ball tap valve, and only the evaporated water and the water that adheres to the dust and is carried out of the system need to be replenished, so the amount of water used for dust collection can be reduced.

■Structure of “RSE dust collector”

This equipment, designed with the motto "Simple is Best", includes an RSE dust collector (caging, inner cylinder, baffle, mist separator, level adjuster), compact thickener, MS dehydrator, cake hopper, and slurry. It consists of a pump, etc., and the entire design is space-saving, so it can be placed anywhere.
