About This Product

Sun Techno has an oil mist collector "D.B Collector" that can collect even sub-micron fine fumes, but if sub-micron particles account for more than 50% of the total, we recommend the "C.F Collector". . This "C.F Collector", which has the highest performance as an oil fume collection device, can also handle the exhaust treatment of large amounts of fumes accompanied by high temperatures and heat.

■Product overview of “C.F Collector”

The "C.F Collector" is equipped with an ultra-high performance filter that has three layers of "filter elements" with different densities wrapped around a cylindrical filter frame. The fiber thickness of the filter medium is 0.5μm. The fumes filtered inside the filter are pushed out as oil drops and discharged into the sealed drain tank. Since the filter is not easily clogged, there is no increase in pressure loss, and the frequency of maintenance can be reduced, resulting in a long service life.
