About This Product

The "D.B Collector" developed by Sun Techno is an oil mist collector for collecting submicron fine fumes. Even fumes that cannot be adequately captured by inertial collision collectors can be thoroughly captured and filtered.

■Product overview of “D.B Collector”

When the exhaust gas containing fumes is collected in the "D.B collector", the wire mesh element first separates the mist larger than 3μm. After that, finer fumes of 0.7μm or larger are filtered out using a double-layered filter that uses a special "element."

■Structure of “D.B Collector”

A demister for inertial collision collection is placed in the front stage, and a filter cloth is placed in the rear stage. The filter cloth chamber has a double bottom consisting of tube sheets and hoppers, and the number of filter cloths is arranged according to the processing air volume of the exhaust gas. The collected oil mist is discharged from two places, the tube sheet and the hopper, into a liquid ring type drain pot. The wire mesh element is divided into easily manageable dimensions and weights, so it can be easily attached and detached from the outside. The filter cloth is cylindrical, with a hook attachment type at the top and a band tightening type at the bottom, making it easy to replace. It can be used with both positive and negative pressure, and is equipped with decks and stairs necessary for maintenance. This is a device that utilizes the ``inertial collision theory,'' which places obstacles in the airflow and separates oil and other substances based on the density difference between substances. The WP separator, which has a unique curved plate, is ideal for collecting coarse particles. "Demistr" is also suitable for collecting fine oil mist.
