Ozone/UV irradiation with heating and humidification functions promotes radical reactions. Surface treatment equipment for research using ozone and ultraviolet rays.

■FeaturesThis product consists of a discharge type ozone generator, an ozone generating UV lamp, an ozone decomposer, etc., and the preheating/humidifying heater enables ozone/UV treatment under stable conditions without being affected by temperature.

■Discharge type ozone generator (ON/OFF setting possible)A discharge type ozone generator is activated during oxygen purge to increase ozone concentration in a short time.

■Ozone-generating UV lamp (ozone-less lamp can also be used)In addition to 254nm, it also emits 185nm ultraviolet light and generates ozone.

・Ultraviolet lamp lighting time: 0 to 120 minutes
