- Due to the pulse number control method, the amount of ozone generated can be adjusted over the entire range from 0 to 100%, making it possible to generate stable ozone over a long period of time. Furthermore, the amount of ozone generated can be switched to two levels, allowing for precise adjustments. ・Feedback control using an ozone monitor allows you to set the desired concentration. ・The ozone generator can be started and stopped remotely using interlock contacts. ・Cooling water is not required due to the adoption of a highly efficient air cooling system. - Raw material gas can be used in general atmosphere without dehumidification. - Can be generated from 100cc (oxygen source) per minute, reducing oxygen cylinder consumption. Conventional ozone generators use a variable discharge voltage method to adjust the concentration, which has a narrow adjustment range and can cause problems in experiments. OZSD series can generate stable ozone over a wide range by developing a power supply that discharges in proportion to the number of pulses.
