・While the WN-800 model is small and space-saving, it compactly compiles the basic processes of crushing, crushing, wet sorting, and dehydration drying necessary for nugget processing, and is capable of automatic operation that is highly labor-saving. It has undergone three generations of improvements since the first model released in 2000, and has been praised for its mature and high level of perfection, and boasts a rich track record of installation throughout the country.
・It has a processing capacity of 100kg/h of raw materials for miscellaneous wires such as automobile harnesses and home appliance wires, and 200kg/h of raw materials for power lines and F cables. It is a practical plant that can handle production.
Three equipment configuration packages are available depending on the target electric wire, etc.
■Simple package
Minimum configuration package essential for nugget processing, eliminating the need for crushers and conveyors
■Powerful crushing package
A standard package equipped with a crusher that can handle home appliance wires with plugs and connected to collection conveyors.
■Full spec package
A package that can handle all wire types and incorporates a talc feeder, high-performance dust collector, and vibrating sieve necessary for automotive harness processing.
