■Dedicated machine that can strip and dismantle CCP wires (communication wires with messenger) in three simultaneous processes.
A high-performance wire stripping machine that simultaneously processes communication wires that are integrated with messenger steel wires, such as CCP wires (commonly known as Daruma wires), by inserting them once. Three types of processing mechanisms work together to separate CCP wires into four types: cable core, cable sheath, messenger steel wire, and messenger sheath, making it possible to process CCP wires with complex structures. It also supports continuous processing of long lengths.
①Separator unit: Separation of cable part and messenger part
②Turbo unit: Cable series peeling
*Since the outer skin (sheath) is peeled off, the core requires a separate process.
③ Square groove unit: Peeling off the messenger sheath
