・Water-soluble mist coolant cools the high-temperature shear heat generated by high-speed cutting under optimal conditions and prevents a decrease in tool hardness, improving tool life.
・During high-speed cutting, chips pass over the tool sliding surface under extreme pressure. Oil cannot provide lubrication under this extreme pressure condition. However, the safe extreme pressure additives subtly contained in the water-soluble mist provide effective lubrication and produce a good finished surface roughness.
・The operating conditions for our water-soluble mist equipment are based on scientific evidence, based on the high temperature characteristics of the workpiece material and tool material.
- Easy to use; mist coolant is discharged from the device and connected to the piping connected to the high-pressure coolant pump outlet at the machining center. On NC lathes, connect to the piping connected to the coolant pump outlet.

■Mist injection confirmation monitor device
This is a monitoring device that detects whether mist is being sent reliably. On machining centers, it is installed near the connection of the rotary joint attached to the end of the spindle. The monitor device outputs the above signals externally when there is no mist injection up to the rotary joint.
