About This Product

■Product overview

"JE Smart Mitter 48" is a system that wirelessly connects equipment in the factory with people in the factory, field office, and management office. One handset can handle 32 signals, converting these signals into digital data to use as data for aggregation, and converting them into audio and transmitting them via radio waves. The radio device used is not a LAN, but a commercially available specified low-power transceiver, so unlike LAN, it uses radio waves that are resistant to interference and factory noise, and the transceivers check each other to ensure reliable transmission.

Smart Mitter 48 (Smart 48) realizes unmanned machine shops. When the machine stops or something goes wrong, the Smart 48 immediately communicates the machine stoppage and the reason to the operator's transceiver. Due to quick communication, operators can rush to respond immediately. Additionally, even without an operator, the time required for the machine to stop is minimized, allowing quick response. Smart 48 allows operators to be brought in from other work sites and quickly restart the machine, saving labor (reducing labor costs) and improving productivity (increasing sales). Smart Mitter 48 (Smart 48) monitors machines and reports the results. How many hours did the processing take?
