■Convert HDMI to VGA
HV-V10 is a converter that converts and displays a PC with HDMI to a monitor with a VGA port (hereinafter referred to as VGA). Resolutions range from 800 x 600 to a maximum of 1,920 x 1,080. *HDMI → VGA conversion. Conversion from VGA to HDMI is not possible.
■Extend and convert
In combination with our various HDMI optical hybrid extension cables, you can perform VGA conversion at the extension destination. HV-V10 requires power from USB.
A USB power cable (45cm) is included, so please use a commercially available USB power adapter to power it on. (Please use a 5V1A or 5V2A power supply. Do not use a power supply higher than 5V2A.)
*With an HDMI metal cable of about 2m, it will work only with power supplied from HDMI, but in order to maintain stable operation, please ensure power supply from USB.
In addition, in combination with an extender, you can extend the signal over a longer distance and convert it to VGA.
■Audio output
HV-V10 is equipped with 3.5mm stereo output. Please use this when outputting audio at an extension destination.
■EDID
Automatically obtains the EDID (monitor information) of the extended VGA monitor. Although the EDID is automatically obtained, the HV-V10 does not have an automatic resolution conversion function and the default resolution is set to 1,280 x 720 (aspect ratio 16:9), so the PC Please change the resolution manually from "Advanced Display Settings" on the side.
