■NW/KF standard products
The NW/KF (Klein Flange) standard consists of pipe fitting parts used in the vacuum field from low vacuum to high vacuum. Vacuum can be maintained by attaching a sealing O-ring between flanges of the same size and tightening them with a clamp.
■Basic principle of coupling
NW/KF standard clamps are made by swinging a pair of aluminum bodies, attaching them to the flange, and tightening them with thumbscrews. This allows you to connect piping/fittings and draw vacuum between vacuum equipment and other equipment.

The NW/KF standards play an essential role in creating vacuum areas, such as vacuum piping and exhaust parts, which are part of vacuum equipment and components.
