About This Product

■Product overview

K-Max flow switching valves are used in analytical systems. This product uses the latest surface mount technology to reduce leakage paths, internal volume and dead volume. Flow path switching and internal loop filtering are also possible with one unit. Furthermore, the innovative nested design allows new flow paths to be added or maintained without shutting down the process line.

・Surface mount type ・Module valve design ・Position indicator ・Low working pressure ・Capturing vent line ・Dual operation, normally open, normally closed settings ・GC module

■Advantages

・System maintenance is possible without shutting down the process line. ・Easy to add flow paths without disassembling the existing unit ・Keep your system safe ・Minimum air ・Prevents secondary contamination between process and air - System setup without wasting a lot of time ・Equilibrate the sample loop pressure to atmospheric pressure just before sample injection specification

■Material

・Wetted parts: PTFE, ParofluorTM O-ring ・External surface: PVDF, PTFE, 18-8 stainless steel, Viton seal, PVDF coated stainless steel spring

■Pressure range

・-5PSIG (0.034MPa) ~50PSIG (0.34MPa) ・Actuator pressure: 40PSIG (0.28MPa) ~60PSIG (0.42MPa) ・The above pressure range is for use at the following ambient temperature.

■Temperature range

・0°～150°F (-17°～66°C) Atmosphere ・0°~150°F (-17°~66°C) Fluid
