■Product overview
The SG-1 series PFA nitrogen gun is ideal for ultra-high purity semiconductor applications. This product has a precision-machined seal and an injection-molded body made of high-purity PFA. Internal surfaces are PFA with an integrated machined modified PTFE diaphragm/poppet. No elastomer seals are required, resulting in excellent flexibility and long service life. The SG-1 series connections are 1/4" FNPT or 3/8" par flare. Additional options include 1, 2, and 5 micron filters and coiled tubing.
