About This Product

■Product overview

The SG-1 series PFA DI water spray gun is ideal for ultra-high purity chemicals for semiconductors. This product has a precision-machined seal and an injection-molded body made of high-purity PFA. Integrated machined PTFE diaphragm/poppet provides excellent flexibility and long life. Wetted parts are PFA and modified PTFE, so elastomer seals are not required. SG-1 series connections are 1/4" FNPT or 3/8" par flare. Coiled tubing with or without circulation circuit (optional) available.

■Features

・Using an integrated diaphragm/poppet machined from improved PTFE using the latest technology, it is more than 5 times more durable than conventional PTFE. ・Effective diaphragm shutoff to the body ・Reversible/detachable hanger ・Optional circulation kit

■Advantages

・Long lifespan ・Low replacement cost - Short downtime ・The direction of the hanger is free ・Less liquid pools, keeping the circuit clean specification

■Material

・Wetted parts: PFA, improved PTFE ・External surface: PFA, PVDF and PET handle set screw ・Other materials: Stainless steel spring

■Pressure range

・0PSIG (0MPa) ~80PSIG (0.55MPa) ・The above pressure range is for use at the following ambient temperature.

■Temperature range

・0°~150°F (-17°~66°C) Atmosphere ・0°~200°F (-17°~93°C) Fluid
