■Product overview
The SG-1 series PFA DI water spray gun is ideal for ultra-high purity chemicals for semiconductors. This product has a precision-machined seal and an injection-molded body made of high-purity PFA. Integrated machined PTFE diaphragm/poppet provides excellent flexibility and long life. Wetted parts are PFA and modified PTFE, so elastomer seals are not required. SG-1 series connections are 1/4" FNPT or 3/8" par flare. Coiled tubing with or without circulation circuit (optional) available.

・Using an integrated diaphragm/poppet machined from improved PTFE using the latest technology, it is more than 5 times more durable than conventional PTFE.
