About This Product

■Product overview

GPIL Series PFA Inline Gauge Protectors are designed for use with ultra-pure semiconductor chemicals and are also ideal for ultra-pure water and aggressive chemicals. The in-line design allows for easy installation into the liquid circuit and prevents liquid pooling. Available with or without gauge. Customer-specified, customer-supplied, or factory-supplied gauges can be installed as needed.

■Features

・Using an integrated machined diaphragm using the latest technology improved PTFE, it is more than 5 times more durable than conventional PTFE. ・Improved PTFE and PFA wetted parts ・Tang/groove diaphragm seals the body ・Suitable for normal pressure, vacuum, and dual range use ・Inline operation

■Advantages

・Reduced downtime and replacement costs due to high cycle life ・Eliminate pollution and solve many problems ・Completely separates fluid and protector filling liquid to prevent fluid contamination ・Reducing the number of installed devices due to pressure range changes ・Reduction of number of connections and spare area specification

・Wetted parts: PFA, improved PTFE ・External surface: PFA, PVDF, EPR (thread seal)

■Pressure range

・27”Hg vacuum (0.0913MPa) ~160PSIG (0.83MPa) ・The above pressure range is for use at the following ambient temperature.

■Temperature range

・0°~212°F (-17°~100°C) Atmosphere ・0°~266°F (-17°~204°C) Fluid
