About This Product

■Product overview

GPL series PTFE gauge protectors are designed for ultra-pure semiconductor chemicals and are also ideal for ultra-pure water and aggressive chemicals. Equipped with a large diaphragm, it provides greater accuracy than standard products. Customer-specified, customer-supplied, or factory-supplied gauges can be installed as needed. We can also fill it with various liquids specified by the customer. The fill liquid will be 50:50 deionized water and isopropyl alcohol unless otherwise specified.

■Features

・Using an integrated machined diaphragm using the latest technology improved PTFE, it is more than 5 times more durable than conventional PTFE. ・PTFE and PFA wetted parts ・Tang/groove diaphragm seals the body ・Suitable for normal pressure, vacuum, and dual range use

■Advantages

・Reduced downtime and replacement costs due to high cycle life ・Eliminate pollution and solve many problems ・Completely separates fluid and protector filling liquid to prevent fluid contamination ・Reducing the number of installed devices due to pressure range changes specification

■Material

・Wetted parts: PFA, improved PTFE ・External surface: PFA, PVDF, EPR (thread seal)

■Pressure range

・27”Hg vacuum (0.0913MPa) ~160PSIG (0.83MPa) ・The above pressure range is for use at the following ambient temperature.

■Temperature range

・0°~212°F (-17°~100°C) Atmosphere ・0°~266°F (-17°~204°C) Fluid
