About This Product

■Product overview

The GP series PFA gauge protector is designed for use with ultra-pure semiconductor chemicals and is also ideal for ultra-pure water and highly reactive chemicals. This product protects pressure gauges from corrosive chemicals. Available with or without gauge. Factory-supplied, customer-specified, or customer-supplied gauges can be installed as needed.

■Features

・Using an integrated machined diaphragm using the latest technology improved PTFE, it is more than 5 times more durable than conventional PTFE. ・PTFE and PFA wetted parts ・Tang/groove diaphragm seals the body ・Suitable for normal pressure, vacuum, and dual range use

■Advantages

・Reduced downtime and replacement costs due to high cycle life ・Eliminate pollution and solve many problems ・Completely separates fluid and protector filling liquid to prevent fluid contamination ・Reducing the number of installed devices due to pressure range changes specification

■Material

・Wetted parts: PFA, improved PTFE ・External surface: PFA, PVDF, EPR (thread seal)

■Pressure range

・27”Hg vacuum (0.0913MPa) ~160PSIG (0.83MPa) ・The above pressure range is for use at the following ambient temperature.

■Temperature range

・0°~212°F (-17°~100°C) Atmosphere ・0°~266°F (-17°~204°C) Fluid
