About This Product

■Product overview

PP-20 series/PTFE pneumatically driven bellows pumps are ideal for ultrapure water and aggressive chemical applications. This product has a double bellows structure that allows for highly reliable continuous and intermittent operation. The bellows stroke rate can be increased to minimize pulsation and ensure smooth fluid delivery at all times.

■Features

・Precision machined bellows made of improved PTFE using the latest technology ・More than 5 times more durable than conventional PTFE ・High stroke rate of bellows - PTFE ball check provides highest efficiency.

■Advantages

・Long lifespan ・Low replacement cost - Short downtime ・Suppresses pulsation and eliminates the need for dampers specification

■Material

・Wetted parts: PTFE, PFA - Non-wetted parts: Fluoroy “A” rod, Nitrile, PVDF coated 6061-T6 aluminum trim, stainless steel

■Pressure range

・Maximum supply pressure: 60PSIG (0.41MPa) ・Maximum working pressure: 60PSIG (0.41MPa)

■Temperature range
