■What is Your Tone?

YourTone is a device that assists people who are unable to speak due to laryngectomy due to laryngeal cancer, tracheostomy, paralysis, ALS, muscular dystrophy, etc. to assist in vocalization. It can be used by people who can move their mouth and tongue freely.

■Features

・By operating the slide switch up and down, you can change the pitch (intonation) of your voice. Depending on intonation, it is possible to distinguish between homonyms and express interrogative forms at the end of a word. - A text for practicing intonation is included. - By switching the mode, you can speak in a pitch-free voice (same as the "standard type"). - Singing mode has a range of about 2 octaves, and you can sing freely by operating the slide switch. *Songs are not included.

■How to use

・Place the vibrating part exactly against your throat as shown in the diagram. ・While pressing the switch, move your mouth widely. ・Try applying it to various places on your throat. The place where your voice is most likely to be heard varies from person to person.
