About This Product
■What is "S-Lio"?
Esrio's high-sensitivity H-1 model is a device that detects insulating oil or turbine oil without contact by irradiating the monitoring area with an ultraviolet LED. This device is ideal for monitoring oil leaks in dark places that cannot be confirmed visually.
Features of S-Lio
■ Non-contact and highly sensitive detection of oil using an LED light source
By changing the light source from the conventional laser to an LED and reviewing the excitation wavelength, it is now possible to detect even an oil film thickness of 1 mm in 1 second. In addition, in order to distinguish between disturbance light and other light, even weak fluorescence can be detected by amplifying the optical signal through a group of filters that suppress unnecessary light.
■Flexible installation to suit the site environment is possible
Flexible installation is possible to suit the on-site environment such as a substation or PCB processing facility by mounting with the included mounting hardware, or by combining with a tripod, outdoor camera housing, etc. The body weight is also lightweight at 1kg. Additionally, the sensor section and monitor section can be remotely monitored up to a maximum of 100m using the RS485 communication method.
■Applicable oils are insulating oil and turbine oil
The target oils are insulating hot water and turbine oil, but depending on the oil type and conditions, it may be possible to detect it.
■Selectable judgment time and detection distance
Judgment time and distance from the sensor section to the target oil can be adjusted.
■Can be connected to alarm devices
As an external output, one contact output (N/A contact) is provided, allowing connection to an external alarm device.
■Easy to understand settings and display
Easily set the reaction level, status display, and judgment time that can be seen at a glance.
■About replacement parts
The excitation light element has a service life of approximately 5 years when used continuously. The excitation light element (sold separately) can be easily replaced by the customer.
