About This Product

This is a device installed at dams and intake weirs to automatically adjust the amount of water required for power generation. Automatically controls water intake gates to adjust water level and flow rate based on readings from local or remote locations. ■Product features ・Automatic control is performed to follow the indicated value using methods such as target opening control and adjustment band control based on the measured water level and flow rate. - After the indicated value is reached, hunting that occurs after the actual water level or flow rate reaches the indicated value can be minimized by pullback control or fine adjustment control. ・It is possible to incorporate various control conditions depending on the operation of the dam or intake weir. ・Basic information such as water level, opening, gate failure status, etc. and manual operation sequences are configured using hardware circuits, while other detailed data such as history information and progress graphs related to automatic control are collected on PLC and touch panels. Designed with excellent reliability, maintainability, and operability. - Since the transmission device for remote locations can be installed inside the panel, it is possible to support remote control with only one side of this device. - Various interfaces can be implemented to link with the dam management system and various related systems. - It is also possible to create a network configuration in which display terminals or server devices are installed at a control center or general management center. Since it is possible to remotely change constants and conditions related to on-site automatic control and to monitor the operational status of equipment in detail and in real time, it is possible to accurately make initial responses during operations and make accurate decisions about dispatching to the site.
