About This Product

It is used in distribution substations that branch off into two-line transmission lines and in power receiving equipment for special high-voltage customers, and is used in electrical stations that receive power as both regular and backup lines, providing constant supply in the event of a system failure such as a transmission line accident. This is a device that automatically switches from a line to a backup line. Product features

■High operability and safety

Since each line is separated, it ensures high operability and safety.

■PD automatic switching circuit installed as standard

A PD automatic switching circuit is installed as standard. Additionally, implementation of a synchronous verification circuit can be selected upon request.

■Ample maintenance space

Sufficient maintenance space is provided inside the panel, allowing safe construction and inspection.

■Applicable location

Applicable to 275kV system, 187kV main system, and 66kV double-bus electric station (we also manufacture applications for single-bus electric station) specification

■Automatic power reception switching

- In the event of a power outage on the line that is constantly being supplied, switching will begin in 10 seconds after detecting the AND condition of "no bus voltage, no power flow." - In the event of an accident within the electrical station (power receiving equipment accident), the power receiving circuit breaker will be immediately opened and the automatic power receiving switching function will be locked. - If the power receiving circuit breaker is operated "manually", automatic power receiving switching will not be performed. ・Install a control switch "43-LC" that locks the automatic power receiving switching device.

■Short circuit accident in the premises

Immediate shutoff with "high-speed overcurrent relay" + "undervoltage relay".

■In-plant ground fault accident

Time-limited breaker using "earth fault overcurrent relay" + "time-limited relay" + "earth fault overvoltage relay".

■Bus line total stop detection

Automatic power reception switching starts using "undervoltage relay" + "undercurrent relay" + "voltage relay". (If only the voltage element is used as a condition for automatic power reception switching, it will not operate normally if the PT circuit is defective, so the condition of "no power flow" due to an undercurrent relay is configured as an AND element) Our automatic power receiving switching device is a type-certified product of Hokkaido Electric Power Co., Inc.
