About This Product

■High performance buffer

When a portion arrives from the slicer, it arrives at the vertical distributor, which directs it to the empty buffer level and accumulates at this level. If accumulation is not possible (belt full or unloaded), a signal is sent that causes the slicer to stop cutting. At the outfeed end of the machine, a second vertical distributor takes over parts from three levels and delivers them to the loading conveyor. The loading conveyor synchronizes its loading speed to the needs of the next loading system. The incorrect weight part falls into the optional upper correction belt, such as manual weight correction. The compensation conveyor requires an additional flip-flop upstream of the HorizontalBuffer.
