GEA UniMix features a professionally designed tub and paddle, and a carefully balanced ratio of paddle area to paddle pitch, resulting in an efficient mixing effect. This highly flexible machine can be adapted to perform a variety of operations, from gentle agitation to mixing/blending to intensive protein extraction.
Each mixing shaft is independently driven by its own dedicated motor, giving you complete control over the mixing to suit your requirements. Minimal clearance between the mixing wing and the bath ensures thorough mixing of powders and other additives.
Two large outlet gates allow quick discharge of mixtures, helping to reduce product residue and batch cross-mixing.

Recipes for red meat and poultry products offer multiple mixing applications. This includes mixing expanded products such as hamburger patties, meatballs, luncheon meats, and ground sausage, as well as pre-mixing wiener and frankfurter emulsions and vegetarian products.
