About This Product

■High-speed tempering of molded productsGEA ColdSteam M thawing technology provides fast tempering of fully frozen raw materials, creating a homogeneous mixture in the shaped product. This technology rapidly thaws frozen materials by supplying steam under vacuum conditions, effectively using thermal energy rather than heat itself to thaw.

Transferring thermal heat via 33°C steam (“cold steam”) thaws the material within minutes without burns or protein denaturation.

■Main usesKey applications of ColdSteam M industrial defrosting technology include tempering fully frozen raw materials ready to be formed into premium quality products such as fish burgers, vegetable and meat substitutes, and chicken nuggets.

■High speed tempering・High-speed inline processing of completely frozen raw materials
