About This Product

■Massage and tumbling with maximum operational flexibility

GEA ScanMini is a versatile, hygienic and user-friendly system for in-line massage and tumbling. The drum can be tilted up to 230° during production, giving you great flexibility, no matter your meat or seafood product or recipe. The GEA ScanMini is designed to reduce batch processing time, combining a special drum and carrier design with a large diameter semi-automatic lid. With a capacity of up to 1,500 liters, the ScanMini performs massaging and tumbling under continuous vacuum. This completely closed environment helps meet optimal food safety requirements and achieve excellent product consistency.

■Main uses

GEA ScanMini can be used for a variety of pork, beef, chicken, fish and seafood products.

■Large capacity, compact machine, small footprint

Suitable for inline or standalone setups - 6 working positions with tilt angles up to 230° for excellent in-line operation flexibility - Wide (800mm) lid opening and fixed loading position for easy loading Option to load and/or unload on both sides depending on process and production settings

■Patented asymmetric carrier provides ultimate flexibility

Gentle "meet, on, meat" massage action helps maintain desirable properties of sensitive products ・Processing time can be shortened by high-impact massage for products with low sensitivity. ・Cool with carrier to control temperature - Hygienic design with no hidden corners, can be fully inspected

■Advanced control process

・Massage and tumbling are done under continuous vacuum to prevent oxidation and avoid foaming - Closed vacuum environment helps improve protein extraction, yield, and color ・Accurate temperature control improves yield and maintains product quality ・Vacuum loading of dry and wet materials
