About This Product

■Reliable control of brine temperature

Variations in brine temperature can affect brine pickup of injected meat and fish products. GEA SuperChill prevents these fluctuations by cooling thin, viscous liquids to a fixed temperature of 2°C to 4°C. Reliable and precise cooling greatly reduces brine pick-up variations, ensuring your product gets as close to the desired brine content as possible. Precise brine injection also improves overall yield, helping you maximize the value of your fortified meat, poultry and seafood products. Long-term improvements in brine recovery can lead to significant annual cost savings, potentially enabling a return on investment for a SuperChill system in just a few months. Developed as a standalone unit, GEA SuperChill can be used in both GEA and non-GEA brine injection systems.
