About This Product

The GEA MultiJector brine injection system with 3-4 mm OptiFlex needle features consistent vertical brine distribution throughout the entire depth of the product. The 3-4 mm brine injector guarantees consistent product quality and maximum profitability, a flexible needle that does not break or warp, and proven GEA technology such as linear movement of the needle. Modular design includes replaceable manifold needle cassettes for quick changeovers and easy cleaning.

Main applications of the GEA MultiJector 3-4mm brine injection system include cooked ham products such as pork ham, turkey ham, chicken ham, etc.

Unique needle cassette design allows complete and tool-free replacement within 7-9 minutes - Conveyor belt system that can be easily cleaned by one person, no need to remove equipment ・Recipe program including process parameters such as product height and needle depth - Switch from one product to another without the need for mechanical adjustments
