About This Product

■High density needle pattern for high yield

GEA AccuJector is equipped with a 2mm OptiFlex needle system for optimal brine distribution, excellent brine retention and minimal dripping. The 2mm brine injection system features advanced needle heads for precise control of individual needles that are automatically adjusted by air pressure. If the needle becomes lodged in bone, it is retracted to stop the injection and prevent brine pockets and bone damage. Tumbling may not be necessary in some applications because the needle patterns are close. This means that the machine can be operated in-line and the product can be packed immediately after injection or transported directly to another processing line.

Primary product applications include boneless and bone-in poultry products, bacon, and fish.
